Adam Clements - Director
Adam has been building for nearly 30 years and takes great pride in his workmanship. During that time he has gained a vast amount of experience working in multiple areas and styles of construction. He loves fine detail, problem solving and strives for everyone involved in Integra to work to their full potential. He desires every project to be delivered beyond a client’s expectation and with minimal stress.
Adam relishes spending time with his wife and two kids and getting outdoors whether it be hiking, camping or competing at his local archery club.

Pete Brown - Head Carpenter/Foreman
An experienced carpenter who joined IQH 10 years ago after running his own business, Pete brings great enthusiasm and energy to the worksite. He runs our carpentry crew well, making sure they’re well trained, informed and enjoying themselves! Being permanently onsite Pete ensures our standards and client expectations are consistently being met by both our employees and contractors.
Pete also relishes spending time with his wife and three kids as well as 4wdriving, catching up with mates and camping.

Glenn Awty - Qualified Carpenter
Recently joining IQH and with over 25 years of experience in perfecting his craft, Glenn brings great enthusiasm and a detailed eye to our projects. Glenn ensures our high quality standards are consistently being met by both our employees and contractors.
Glenn is kept busy enjoying quality time with his wife and 5 kids as well as coaching his local junior footy team.

Tim Giles - Qualified Carpenter
Tim is our newest qualified carpenter after recently completing his apprenticeship with us. He is calm, unflappable, and ever reliable. From day one Tim has shown a natural flare for building and we look forward to Tim’s future with us.
Tim enjoys 4wdriving, catching up with mates, camping and relaxing down on the Gippsland Lakes.

Tom Kilmartin - Apprentice Carpenter
Tom with his hard working and easy going attitude is keen to give anything a go. Now in his third year is shaping up to be a very talented and driven carpenter.
Tom loves woodworking and getting outdoors whether it be riding his motorbike and fishing.
Joel Langner - Apprentice Carpenter
Joel with his enthusiastic, hard working and happy attitude has fitted in well with the IQH team. We are really looking forward to what Joel will bring to IQH in the coming years.
Joel loves getting outdoors whether it be surfing, snowboarding and blacksmithing.
Joel Armstrong - Apprentice Carpenter
Joel is our latest apprentice, recently joining the IQH team. He is keen to learn and we are really looking forward to what Joel will bring to IQH in the coming years.
Joel loves being active and involved in sport whether it be motorbike riding, football and basketball.
